The Robert H. Smith School of Business’s Office of Executive Education was facing challenges in driving enrollment for its self-paced courses. Despite offering high-quality content, the courses were not gaining sufficient traction due to limited digital reach and a modest social media presence. To increase sales, the team needed a focused marketing strategy to expand their online visibility and grow an engaged following across key digital platforms.
SOLUTION
To boost enrollment and strengthen digital visibility, I developed a social media marketing strategy for the Office of Executive Education that showcased the value of its self-paced courses. The campaign highlighted standout faculty members, featured authentic student testimonials, and incorporated eye-catching graphics designed to capture attention and build trust—ultimately helping to grow the office’s online following and drive interest in its programs.
